This website and all services are operated by Pink Bubble Enterprises LLC, doing business as Pink Bubble Academy, located at 1311 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, Utah 84105.

Educational Services Only
Pink Bubble Academy provides vocational education and training services. All purchases, enrollments, and payments made through this website are for educational services and program access. Unless explicitly stated, no physical goods are being shipped as part of enrollment.

Any materials, including nail kits or supplies, are provided in person as part of the educational experience and are not sold or shipped separately unless otherwise specified.

Program Enrollment & Agreement
Enrollment in any program is subject to acceptance and availability. By enrolling, students agree to comply with all policies, procedures, and requirements outlined in the official enrollment agreement.

The official enrollment agreement, signed separately, governs all terms related to program participation, attendance, completion, financial obligations, and student conduct. In the event of any discrepancy between this website and the enrollment agreement, the enrollment agreement shall control.

Payment Authorization & Financial Responsibility
By submitting payment, you authorize Pink Bubble Enterprises LLC to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, including deposits, tuition, and approved payment plans.

Students remain financially responsible for all agreed-upon tuition and fees regardless of attendance, participation, or completion status, except as otherwise outlined in the official enrollment agreement.

Failure to attend, participate, or complete the program does not constitute failure of service delivery.

Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and any applicable fees are governed by the Refund Policy and the official enrollment agreement. By purchasing or enrolling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these terms prior to payment.

No Guarantee of Outcomes
Pink Bubble Academy does not guarantee licensure, certification, employment, income, or business success. Student outcomes depend on individual effort, attendance, skill development, and compliance with program requirements, as well as state licensing standards.

Regulatory Compliance
Pink Bubble Academy operates in accordance with applicable state regulations. Program structure, curriculum, and instructional practices are designed to align with state requirements for vocational nail education; however, students are responsible for meeting all applicable licensing requirements as determined by the state.

Service Delivery Timeline
Educational services are delivered over time according to the program schedule, curriculum, and instructional hours. Students acknowledge that services are not delivered instantaneously and are fulfilled progressively throughout the duration of the program.

Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase or enrollment, you agree to contact Pink Bubble Academy directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a dispute or chargeback with your financial institution.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation, including signed agreements, attendance records, and communication history.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink Bubble Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any program or use of this website.

Intellectual Property
All curriculum, materials, branding, and content provided by Pink Bubble Academy are the intellectual property of Pink Bubble Enterprises LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

Modifications
Pink Bubble Academy reserves the right to update or modify programs, policies, pricing, or website content at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
